Have some questions?

It can be completely normal to have questions when it comes to TRT, we have put our most commonly asked questions below.

About us

Is Enhanced Mens Clinic a real medical clinic?
Enhanced Mens Clinic is an online membership based service that connects Australian men with independent medical practitioners who focus on diagnosing and treating patients who suffer from low testosterone. Our service helps facilitate this process by organising relevant pathology, doctor consultations and logistics of processing any prescriptions with Australian pharmacies.
Why choose Enhanced Mens Clinic
With 160+ 5 star reviews from our patients, we are regarded as Australia's most trusted TRT clinic, we offer supportive and comprehensive care for men suffering from low testosterone. Our experienced and independent doctors, nurses and team members are focused on transforming the TRT industry in Australia.
Can I access this remotely?
Yes. Enhanced Mens Clinic is an entirely online medical clinic. All of our consultations are done via Telehealth, meaning you don't have to spend hours travelling and waiting for an in person appointment. If you are eligible for treatment, this will be delivered by a partner pharmacy - anywhere in Australia.

How it works

How does your TRT clinic work?
All new patients must have bloodwork in the past 4 months so we can see if you have low testosterone. We do require quite comprehensive bloodwork, which can be ordered here and you can view which biomarkers are required.
During your initial Telehealth consultation, your patient care coordinator will organise a private pathology request for any biomarkers you do not have.
Once all bloodwork is collected, your patient care coordinator will discuss with you what's going on, ask about your symptoms, review your medical history and give an overview of potential treatments (if you have low testosterone levels).
An additional consultation is made with our doctor who will further explain treatment and create a diagnosis of your symptoms - if eligible for TRT and if it is inculded as part of your personalised treatment plan.
If you're suitable for TRT, our doctor prescribes your personalised treatment plan.
The prescription is then sent to one of our partner pharmacies, and your medications will be delivered directly to you within 3-5 days of doctor consultation.
Once treatment begins it is a requirement that you get bloodwork done after the first 6 weeks of treatment to see how you are responding to TRT. It is also a requirement to get blood work done every 4 months so we can closely monitor your health.
Are there age limits for treatment?
Yes, patients need to be at least 18 years old. Most men that suffer from low testosterone are aged 40+. However, we have helped many patients suffering from low testosterone that are in their 20s and 30s.
Is the service you provide 100% legal?
Yes. Our prescribing team consists of AHPRA registered Australian Doctors. We only prescribe testosterone replacement therapy to patients who genuinely need it - confirmed by low testosterone levels in multiple blood tests, experiencing a lower quality of life from symptoms and also meeting strict eligibility criteria for patient safety.
Am I locked into accepting treatment?
Of course not! Our initial consultation is there to help you better understand what is involved with treatment. If you do not wish to proceed, that is totally fine.
What happens if I am approved for treatment?
If you're a suitable candidate for TRT, we will prescribe a treatment plan, then we will have one of our partner pharmacies send your medications directly to you.
How quickly can I speak to someone?
Check our booking calendar to see what our availability is like. Often new patients can speak with a patient care co-ordinator in under 7 days.
